About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Kurrajong First Contact team. This full-time position is based in Wagga Wagga and is worked Monday to Friday during standard business hours. In this role, the Coordinator of Supports will play a key part in supporting NDIS participants to connect with a range of local services and supports, helping them achieve their goals and access the resources they need. Reporting to the First Contact Manager, key responsibilities will include: Liaise with clients and families to coordinate the lifecycle of their NDIS plan supports scheduling and claiming Collaborate with clients and families to build on their NDIS plan knowledge and available support streams within the local area based on their choices Identify potential under/over servicing for clients and act if goals or supports are not being delivered as per service agreements Maintain a thorough understanding of the NDIS price guide and support categories. Requirements of the role: Relevant qualifications and or experience for the position Current Class C Drivers Licence NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain before employment).
